Occupancy Policy: Each cabin has a maximum occupancy. Children regardless of age count as cabin guests. Additional persons 7 years old and over, add $ 15.00 night per person, but no more than the maximum amount. We monitor cabin occupants closely.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our Policy is intended to be fair to our guests yet prevent loss of income to our business. We are a Destination Resort that does not have a large volume of traffic past our facility,  we depend on advanced reservations. Once we reserve a cabin/ Rv Site for you, we take it off the market, refusing all other requests.
IF YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, YOUR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE LESS A $25 CANCELLATION FEE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE 14 DAYS, YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.

• Reservations are not guaranteed until secured with one night deposit - two nights Holidays,
  due at the time of booking reservations

• Two night minimum on weekends and three nights on holidays. 

• Holiday events have a one time surcharge, depending on Cabin size.

• Cabins contain towels only for minimum amount of people.  

• Pet Fee, $25.00 per 2 night, per pet ( Pets are not allowed in Cabins # 12, 27 & 28)

• Maximum 2 vehicles per site.

• Full payment due upon check-in. Cash payment reqiures Cabin Deposit.

                           Check-in is @ 2:00 p.m.\Check-out is @ 11:00 a.m.                                                                              (Early check-ins & Late checkouts are priced at 1/2 day Rates when available).
